No. Audit, backlog, software, and infrastructure can be taken apart or together. Most work starts from one concrete leak.
Yes. Conversation and most delivery is remote. If the topic needs a visit to hardware, we agree that separately.
Not a 40-person agency, and not a helpdesk for everything. The fit is work where the system can be kept after handover — code, automation, private infrastructure, team and backlog.
You can stop at handover with notes. You can also agree a retainer for updates, backups, and small changes.
